Terms and Conditions for ASN Travel Voucher

1. Eligibility:

This offer is valid for individuals between the ages of 30-68.Guests must be U.S. citizens with a valid passport or government-issued identification. A 90-minute resort showcase preview is required to redeem this offer.

2. Booking & Availability:

Reservations are subject to resort availability and blackout dates, including U.S. holidays. Travel must be booked within 12 months of voucher activation. Check-in date must be at least 30 days from the activation date. Resort fees, taxes, and gratuities are not included and must be paid separately.

3. Activation & Fees:

A $68.00 non-refundable activation fee is required to validate the voucher. Activation must occur within 30 days of purchase to remain valid. Once activated, the voucher is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions:

The voucher includes 5 days and 4 nights at a participating all-inclusive resort. The package includes unlimited gourmet dining, premium drinks, and resort entertainment. Airfare, transportation, and additional resort fees are not included in this offer.

5. Resort Policies & Additional Costs:

Resort policies regarding additional guests, room upgrades, and cancellation fees apply. Any additional charges, including but not limited to excursions, spa treatments, and premium services, must be paid by the guest.

6. Transfer & Expiration:

This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be resold. The offer expires if not activated within 30 days of purchase

7. This offer is void where prohibited by law. All Federal, State, and local laws, and regulations apply. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary consideration or we sold and can not be reproduced. This promotional offer is considered void If bartered at any time or sold to the end-user or if not paid by the primary issuing merchant or distributor.

By participating in this vacation offer the end user agrees that Open Travel and its distributors shall not be held liable for any actual or potential losses including without limitation, compensation or consequential damages on either end, contract, or in tort by either persons or property arising out of this offer in connection there with or by misrepresentation by a third party. 9. Open Travel is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and other circumstances beyond its control causing you trouble to become unavailable.

These terms and conditions cannot be changed or altered by any statement by a merchant or representative or any unauthorized persons.
